Privacy Policy

The 'Privacy Policy' of FlySky India intended to provide the users of the website the terms associated with the usage and protection of all the personal information that have been collected from them. By 'personal information', we mean any kind of information that can be associated with a particular individual. This includes his/her name, address, phone number, e-mail ID, credit card number, and other such details. Tour Package Booking and Payment

As per the booking policy, we require 20% of the total amount as a token advance, which you can deposit in our given Bank account. As soon as the advance received, we will start the bookings for your hotels reservations, book your tickets, start making necessary arrangements for your trip, and keep you updated. Once done a reservation, status will be sent to you. You will then be required to pay another 30% of the tour cost at this point.

You can pay amount Balance 50% of the tour price upon your arrival in India by cash, but before the commencement of the services. Otherwise, you could pay by bank transfer a fortnight before your arrival. Please note the prices quoted are as per the current foreign exchange conversion rates. The final price will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of expense. “During peak period of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), the complete payment is required to be sent in advance”.

How to Book Weddings and Events

You are ready to proceed with the reservations, we shall send you our invoice for the 40% of the total wedding cost as an advance payment by Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account (details will provided upon knowing your choice to pay). You can even pay Balance 60% upon your arrival in Wedding Destination (unless specified otherwise in certain cases). Please note that some hotels need 100% payment before the wedding, therefore it is advisable to make all the payments before the wedding date unless specified by the wedding planner on partial payment, but even in this case we need a Credit card guarantee.

Cancellation of a Booked Tour We would extremely apologize for your decision to cancel your trip to India, however we realize that there are many applicable reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must inform in writing and will take effect the day it received by FlySky India. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • If cancellation is 85 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposited amount towards cost shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is between 85 days to 55 days prior to arrival, 30% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is between 55 days to 28 days prior to arrival, 20% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is 80 days or more prior to departure, 10% of the whole ticket charge shall be the cancellation charge
  • If cancellation is 80 to 25 days prior to departure, 25% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge
  • If cancellation is less than 25 days prior to departure then No refund will be give. 100% of the whole ticket cost shall be the cancellation charge

Cancellation of Flight Tickets

Flight Tickets booked are non-refundable. Name change or date change can be the considered as per the policy stipulated by the airline.


The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that FlySky India acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, FlySky India shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers. The user agrees that there can be circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honor confirmed bookings. In such an event, FlySky India shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety and security, comfort and general well being of the user.
